What you are buying
XPVP shop purchases are digital products for use on the XPVP Minecraft network. Product descriptions, prices, delivery type, and any recurring billing period are shown before payment. Purchases are delivered only to the Minecraft account linked to the buyer’s XPVP account at checkout.
Payment and delivery
Stripe securely processes payments. XPVP does not receive or store card details. After Stripe confirms payment, delivery is securely queued for the server. Most purchases are delivered promptly, but delivery can be delayed by maintenance, an offline server, or a temporary provider issue. Contact XPVP support if delivery has not completed after a reasonable time.
Ranks and subscriptions
Recurring ranks are granted for the paid billing period. Each successful renewal extends the rank for the next paid term. If payment fails, is cancelled, or a subscription ends, no further term is granted and the final paid term expires. Lifetime ranks do not renew. XPVP may correct a delivery error or remove access where a payment is reversed, fraudulent, or not valid, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation and refunds
Before checkout, buyers must request immediate delivery and acknowledge the cancellation information for digital content. Once a rank or item has been successfully delivered, it is normally non-refundable because it has been used or made available immediately. This does not remove any statutory rights that apply to the buyer, including rights where a product was not delivered, was faulty, or was not as described. Contact XPVP support first so we can investigate and resolve a genuine delivery or billing problem.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Do not submit a false or fraudulent chargeback. If there is a genuine payment dispute, contact XPVP support first with the order details. If a bank or payment provider reverses a payment, XPVP may suspend or remove the associated digital goods where technically possible and permitted by law, and may provide order and delivery records to the payment provider. This policy does not restrict a buyer’s legal right to raise a legitimate dispute.
Account responsibility
Buyers are responsible for checking the linked Minecraft account before paying and for keeping their account secure. XPVP cannot transfer delivered ranks or items between accounts unless it chooses to do so. Attempts to exploit the shop, payments, account linking, or delivery system may lead to purchases being withheld while reviewed.
Support and your rights
For help with an order, use the official XPVP Discord support channel and include the Minecraft username, approximate purchase time, and Stripe receipt reference. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Before public launch, XPVP should add its legal business identity, contact details, and the governing law that applies to its sales.
